I was sent two different brands when I ordered from this site, and these issues are true for both equally brands. I usually do not run into these problems using copyright pods with the SAME BATTERIES. I am unable to pick out NO for "Would you endorse this merchandise to obtain." I don't endorse it. But I DO recommend this firm. These are wonderful
